cricut.com False Advertising on TV

CriCut.com complaint by Tmaster
On the TV add it says the price is $49.99 and you can get a 30 day trial.

But when you call you find that thats $249.75 and turns out the price displayed on screen is for renting it for 30 days.

It doesn't say that on the screen I have it on my Tivo it says it cost $49.99

I complained to the guy on the phone about this flase advertising and he thinks its ok because they say its 30 days for $49.99. This is clear False advertising no mater what this guy says. I say no fine print on the screen only a price.

actually I watched this today and when they pop up the price the small text does pop up saying additional charges apply after 30 days.

Also the clearly say the price is for a 30 day trial

It may seem like a scam but its not.
